Marion was born in December of 1878 in Robinson, Kansas. He was the third child born to Joshua and Mary Glenn Weibling. He married Ada Cowger in 1899 in Falls

She was born December 26, 1899. The baby suffered one week from pneumonia, and as her obituary reads, "She fell asleep in Jesus" on March 15, 1901. She had aged 1 year, 2 months, and 17 days. She is buried in Robinson, Kansas. Their second child was Maurice Marion. He was born the 17th day of December 1901 and passed away the same afternoon. He lived only 9 hours. Their third child, Mary Louise, was born October 16, 1904 and passed 9 days later on October 25, 1904. Marion and Ada Weibling's fourth child was Harry Leonard Weibling. He was born in 1907. Marion passed away in 1908 from consumption, leaving his wife and baby, Harry, his only surviving son. Marion's wife Ada lost three babies, her mother, and her husband, Marion between 1901 and 1908. Their nine year marriage will forever be noted and remembered for the loving letters that were given to Ada's grandaughter JoAnn Weibling Klacsan in 1988. Dates range from 1874 to the 1900's. Marion and Ada left a precious gift- a small written history of their life, love and devotion to one another.
