Ross Weibling was born February 11, 1950 in Denver, Colorado to Rose Marie and Cecil Wyrick. Rose's second husband Richard Max Weibling adopted Ross and his sister Cecilia and gave them his family name. He was the only father they ever knew.

Ross grew up in Kansas City, Kansas, with his parents and sister Cecilia. He attended Wyandotte High School.

Ross' grandfather Ed lived with the family for the last 18 months of his life. Ross spent a lot of time with his grandfather and used to listen attentively to his stories. He helped take care of him.

He married Yvonneda Lee Henry on May 24th, 1968. She was his high school sweetheart.
The couple had two children together: Edward Rollie Weibling born June 1st, 1969; and Sarina Lee Weibling born January 31st, 1972.

His dad Richard tried to instill a good work ethic in him, and Ross' accomplishments reflect it. Ross was twenty-six years old when he joined the Airforce and served six years. He spent time stationed in Okinawa, Japan and the Philippine Islands as well as many places across the US. He was named Airman of the Year in 1977.

He furthered his education in electronic engineering, and became a very successful business man and tax consultant. Ross has created his own success by working hard and "sticking to it". He currently works designing software for a company in Kansas.

After several years of marriage, Ross and Yvonneda's marriage ended in divorce and Ross finished raising their two children by himself until he married Rhonda Bratcher on December 15th, 1984.

Ross then started his second generation of children when he and Rhonda had two children together. Savannah Leann Weibling and Richard Ryan Weibling.

He started his education as a Minister in 1998. He attended Kansas City Baptist Temple and graduated in June of 2002. He is now assistant Pastor at Crest Bible Church in Kansas. He hopes to pastor his own church soon.

Ross has always been a self-motivated, hard working man and has devoted his life to taking care of his family.
